I love AI. I use it every day, I can’t believe how much time it saves me. Many of the people we’re coaching and training are not only using it, they’re creating it. They’re the ones designing it, making it all happen, and even shaping the future of AI for all of us. So, how do they feel about it?
This week I wrote about Human Connection in the World of AI. But I did something different. I recorded it as a podcast. Since I’m talking about human connection, it felt right that you should hear it in my voice.
I go in-depth into the concept of human connection, but before you think I’ve gone off the deep end, I want you to know that I have helped numerous people negotiate billion dollar deals, negotiate strategic alliances that made the front page of the Wall Street Journal, helped executives create top to bottom alignment in organizations with tens of thousands of people, and helped thousands of people have a huge business impact and recognition where they work.
What a real human connection does is it creates chemistry. And it is this chemistry, or lack of it, between individuals and among groups that is responsible for their failure or success.
