Success in communication determines whether your ideas are understood, supported, and acted on. Complex ideas raise the bar even higher. Clarity, structure, and presence matter more the more your technical expertise needs to reach others. This training focuses on the situations engineers and engineering leaders deal with every day: meetings, design reviews, cross-functional discussions, difficult conversations, collaboration and getting executives and senior leaders to understand and buy-in.
