I love AI. I use it every day and can’t believe how much time it saves me. Many of the people we coach and train aren’t just using AI, they’re creating it and shaping the future.

So how do they feel about it?

For all the progress AI brings, one thing hasn’t changed: success still depends on the chemistry between people and your ability to create it. I say this after helping numerous people negotiate billion dollar deals, negotiate strategic alliances that made the front page of the Wall Street Journal, helping executives create top to bottom alignment in organizations with tens of thousands of people, and helping thousands of people have a huge business impact and recognition where they work.
