About Ingrid Gudenas
Ingrid founded Effective Training Solutions in 1983. Her purpose is to provide state-of-the- art training and coaching that enables individuals to unleash their natural talents and develop uncommonly great abilities.
Her clients are corporations spanning many industries and 30 countries, many of the world's finest organizations. While she has a great team of trainers and coaches, Ingrid also still works with all levels of professionals, from early in career Millennials, individual contributors, engineers, sales professionals to CEO’s.
Thousands of executives and high potential individuals have found Ingrid’s workshops and one-on-one coaching to be the life-changing breakthroughs they needed.

Ingrid also developed the 100% Proficiency® training system which is considered a “best practice” in the training profession. This system includes a radically new approach to learning and training trainers.
Ingrid has been published in a number of training textbooks, including case studies on how to make training produce financial return on investment (ROI). Her work made the cover of Training magazine with the story of how a client implemented 100% Proficiency Training to create a $360 million increase in annual revenue, the largest ROI we've ever seen from training.
Additionally, Ingrid is in great demand as a public speaker, for her totally unique, eye-opening, interactive and highly engaging talks. She has delivered numerous presentations at technology, industry and women’s conferences, as well as for the American Society for Training and Development and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
Ingrid graduated Magna Cum Laude (with great honors) and received a Master’s degree in Training and Management Development from Temple University in Philadelphia. She is the former President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
